Born in Ontario, but raised overseas, Melissa came to Nova Scotia to attend the University of King’s College.  Having lived in numerous neighbourhoods in and around Halifax for the last 15 years, she is well acquainted with real estate around HRM, as well as Hants County.  Melissa brings her experience as a Realtor, and small business owner, as well as her first hand experience in home renovations and customer service to Lakeland Realty.  Melissa and her husband Brad, a contractor, sold their bed and breakfast in Waverley in 2005, to move to beautiful Mount Uniacke, where they have happily settled in a home on Pentz Lake, with their daughter Halle.
